Yoga at the Usher Gallery

Unwind and reconnect at the Usher Gallery with a calming evening session of Hatha Flow Yoga, led by BWY Yoga Guide Amanda Greenwood. Taking place every Monday from 21 March to 21 July 2025, these 60-minute classes run from 6.15pm to 7.15pm and include movement, meditation, breathwork, and relaxation. Suitable for all levels, this class encourages you to move and breathe in harmony with your own body and mind. Sessions are just £7 and held at the Usher Gallery, Lindum Hill, LN2 1NN. Please bring your own mat and blanket.
