Get ready for a quacking community afternoon this June as the North Scarle Duck Race returns with races, games, food and family fun for all ages.

North Scarle Duck Race 2026

• Date: Saturday 6th June 2026
• Time: From 12 noon
• Location: The White Hart, North Scarle

Families are invited to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon supporting Friends of North Scarle Primary School, with duck races, children’s activities, food stalls and plenty of entertainment throughout the day.

How The Duck Race Works

On arrival, visitors can purchase ducks for £1 each. Every duck is entered into one of the races, with separate races for children and adults.

Watch as your character duck races from the High Street Bridge to the finish line at the end of the pub car park.

Winning ducks from each race progress to the Grand Final later in the afternoon, with cash prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both the adult and children’s competitions.

The White Hart pub will also be open throughout the event serving drinks and refreshments.

All money raised supports Friends of North Scarle Primary School and helps fund enrichment activities for pupils.
