Join the celebrations on Thursday 27th November from 4:30pm along Lincoln High Street, where the City of Lincoln Council’s Civic Party and special guests will host an evening full of festive fun, culminating in the magical moment when Lincoln city centre is transformed into a dazzling winter wonderland.
