Pop-Up Science Family Event at International Bomber Command Centre

Come along to the IBCC on Saturday 16th March 2024 to celebrate Great British Science Week. British Science Week is a ten-day celebration of science, technology, engineering and maths between the 8th and 17th March 2024. This year’s theme is ‘Time’ so join our learning team and RAF Waddington Amateur Radio Club to experiment with morse code and Aldis signal lamps to celebrate developments in science since the 1940s.

Cost

Free. No need to book; £3.00 parking charge still applies.

  • High chairs available in the café.

Parking

  • Large car park.
  • Parking £3.00 per car per day.

Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome and can accompany visitors throughout all areas of the site. Other dogs are welcomed within the gardens and the atrium.  Please keep dogs on short leads at all times.
