Start your Easter with an uplifting morning dance moving freely to music using silent disco headsets. A warm and welcoming space to dance like no-one is watching!

1 hour music journey from a mix of genres to uplift, energise and have fun. Simply move as much or little as you like, however you feel.
All ages and abilities welcome. No experience necessary.
