Meet Santa
Santa is making a grand entrance down Lime Tree Avenue! Join the festive parade led by local voluntary groups, including the Rother Valley Working Newfoundlands and Santa’s cheerful team of elves. Bring your wish lists and cameras—this is your chance to meet the man in red himself! Don’t forget to capture a magical moment by our Courtyard Christmas tree.

Vintage Fairground Rides
Step back in time with our charming vintage funfair! Enjoy timeless favourites like the Sea on Land ride, Hook-a-Duck, and the nostalgic penny arcade. Fun for all ages and packed with old-fashioned charm.

Sing Along Show
Get ready to belt out your favourite tunes with a magical musical performance featuring your favourite pink and green witches, Stitch, and a K-Pop superfan. With daily shows and an exciting meet-and-greet afterwards, it’s a fun treat for all the family!

Live Music & Entertainment
Soak up the festive atmosphere with live music and entertainment throughout the day. Our lineup of talented artists will keep the holiday cheer going strong!

Festive Eats and Treats
Sip a rich hot chocolate in the cosy Coach House Café, treat yourself to sweet or savoury delights at the Mill Tea Shop, and savour a slice of freshly stone-baked pizza from the Courtyard Pizza Van — the perfect pick-me-up on your festive adventure. On the turning circle, warm up with mulled wine, tuck into tempting street food, and enjoy the lively fun fair.

Browse a couple of charming stalls on the turning circle for a little festive find, then pop into the Gift Shop for even more seasonal treasures. Don’t forget to stop by the Orangery Plant Centre and Wild Jasmine Florist for beautiful festive blooms and greenery to take home.
