Please note: Summer School starts on Thursday 29th July. Final bookings must be made before Monday 26th July.

Our Summer School will run every Thursday at 10:30am over 5 weeks via Zoom. The sessions cover an item of clothing (such as skirts, shorts, accessories) that can be worn over the holidays! Our sewalong workshops are aimed at children aged 5+ who want to be creative and learn how to sew by hand or with a machine, from the basics through to a small project.

• Cotton fabric 
• A variety of extra bit and bobs from the haberdashery through the weeks. 
• Access to Zoom
• Sewing machine
• Scissors
• Pins
• Thread
• Tape Measure
• Ruler
• Cellotape
• Paper & Printer

The Lessons

Each sessions lasts approx 30 - 40 mins and is streamed via Zoom. 

These sessions will cover making a product from an initial pattern to the final piece. Basic skills of knowing how to thread and use of the machine are advised. 

As this is a group sessions you will be able to catch up after the live lesson via a recording.
