Rufford Abbey Easter Egg Hunt

Friday 2nd - Sunday 18th April 2021 | 10:30am - 4pm

The annual Rufford Abbey Country Park Easter Egg Hunt is back from Friday 2 April - Sunday 18 April.

Some of the Easter Bunny’s friends live far away so they were not able to make it because of the restrictions that are still in place, so we have gathered all the Easter Bunny’s eggs and a couple of friends to create a magical Easter Egg Hunt for you.

Find all the eggs that our troublesome bunnies have hidden and receive a very special prize! Don’t forget to count the eggs on your way round and record them on the trail sheet - you will need to bring your own pen or pencil.

We've also hidden the special Rufford Golden Egg around the trail somewhere - see if you can find it! If you do, take a picture, post it on social media and use the hashtag #ruffordgoldenegg.

Cost

Trail sheets cost £2 and can be purchased on the day from most outlets or at the front of the Abbey by the turning circle.

Entry to Rufford Abbey is free, you just pay for parking.

We are continuing to adhere to government guidance regarding social distancing and we ask all visitors to do the same whilst at the park. Please be patient when accessing the park or queuing for services, the staff at the park are working hard to keep everyone safe under difficult circumstances.

Parking

The car parking cost is £4. You can pre-book parking here.

Daily parking passes are available with two different time slots for arrival, between 10am-1pm and 1pm-4pm. Please ensure you book your tickets before 9am on the day you wish to arrive. You can arrive at anytime within your booking slot and your ticket is valid for all day parking.

If you cannot book online due to all slots being sold out, or the option is no longer available on the date and slot of your choice, then car parking is still payable by card only on entrance to the park both at the Abbey end and Mill end entrance manned huts and via the Mill Tea Shop, Coach House Cafe, Gift Shop (Currently closed) and Ice Cream Parlour (Currently closed).
