Farndon Ponds Nature Reserve

Places to Visit

Farndon Ponds Nature Reserve

Farndon Ponds Nature Reserve is one large pond between the village of Farndon and the river Trent. The area is very popular with dog walkers, joggers and families.

The area is a great spot for bird watching, walking enjoying local wildlife.

Farndon Marina is a great place to spot boats which you can view along the River Trent and in the Marina (this is private so you can't walk around it but you can view it from the bridge).

To access, if you park at the Wyke Lane car park, you can walk along the River Trent, past the Marina, over the footbridge and into the Farndon Ponds nature reserve.
